As the experts where disability and employment meet, our staff are thrilled to provide expert-level consultation and training to public/charter/private schools, special educators, and other related professionals regarding all aspects of transition assessment, planning, intervention, and service delivery.
Federal law under both IDEA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act make clear that transition services require a coordinated set of activities for a student with a disability within an outcome-oriented process. This process should promote movement from school to post-school activities, such as post-secondary education, employment, and independent living.
Our goal is not just to help schools attain and maintain compliance with federal law and state regulations, but also to ensure that they are utilizing best-practices that will meet or exceed the highest standards in transition. Our tenured staff have decades of experience consulting with schools, both public and private, to ensure their transition programming is leading to true, documented student outcomes which can withstand the scrutiny of even the most litigious due process and advocacy scenarios.
Our comprehensive school-based consultation services include:
- PPCD, Elementary, Middle School, High School, & 18+ Transition Planning & Process Development/Refinement
- Vocational Assessment & Development Training and Implementation
- Person-Centered Planning Training and Implementation
- IEP Transition Goal Planning Training and Implementation

- Programmatic Evaluation and Consultation
Our pricing for school-based consultation services varies greatly depending upon the length, depth, and requirements of the contracting school/district. As such, we ask that schools contact our office directly to speak with one of our consultants to provide specific information about a consultation request. This allows our consultant to prepare a customized service quote to cover the exact scope of services requested.
